- You may not refer yourself.
- Your referral must give permission to be recommended.
- They're not already in contact with Exadel's recruiters or on our candidate portal.
- At least 3 months must pass since their last Exadel interview.
- You and your referral must be from the same eligible country.
- No one else has referred this person.
- You are not currently employed by Exadel (we have another program for that).
- Make sure to read our External Referral Program Terms & Conditions.

The External Referral Program is currently open to:

Usually 3–6 months, depending on the country. It may be extended, if necessary.

You’ll receive your bonus once your referral passes the probation period. If they don't accept our offer or leave before completing probation, the bonus won’t apply.

If you refer someone for a senior role but they join at a mid-level, you’ll receive the mid-level bonus. Still a win!
