Our client, a German company specializing in electricity storage solutions, sought to modernize their payment matching application, which pairs invoices with the correct customers. They were also looking to automate the document-handling process to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
Our Solution
Exadel initially provided QA support, expanding to multiple projects through the course of our collaboration, including modernizing the payment matching application.
Our team proposed enhancements to automate significant portions of invoice processing, effectively managing both payment plans and annual statements.
Additionally, we supported the integration of AWS-based infrastructure to facilitate the transfer and processing of paper invoices in the cloud. The ongoing collaboration is exploring two approaches: refining the current architecture or implementing foundational changes for better automation.
