The existing solution architecture and toolset were unable to efficiently process spikes and surges in datasets. Key information was delivered to customers in a manual, labor-intensive manner.

  • Mercer partnered with Exadel to work closely with business representatives and define product value and roadmap, architecture and comprehensive delivery approach.
  • Exadel implemented Agile and DevOps processes to help several teams apply business strategies in the right way and align to customer needs
  • Developed a fast-start kit for cloud application development, including reusable code libraries and templates, to help teams focus on developing new business logic
  • Setup API, integration, and screenshot testing utilizing Exadel’s KeywordFlow framework to accelerate test script development
